Symptom descriptions
On rare occasions for SP5000 Series Power Box (SP-5B10), the red and green LED lamps on the front panel of SP5000 Series, flash alternately, and then SP5000 Series unit freezes, or a system error occurs. This symptom appears in the following conditions.

Conditions
- When a SP5000 unit is used without turning power ON and OFF of the unit after a project file is transferred to the SP5000 unit with a USB transfer cable.
- When a LAN connector is connected, and the connection to the network is establishing. (The LED lamp of LAN is flashing.)
