We have confirmed the following symptoms on SP5000 series with a combination of Open Box and Advanced Display.
The symptom and corrective measures for this problem are indicated below.

Symptom Descriptions
The following symptoms might occur:
Symptom 1: When touching the top edge of the screen, the bottom edge is operated.
Symptom 2: When touching the left edge of the screen, the right edge is operated.
