We have confirmed that SP5000 Series Power Box with CANopen Master Unit mounted cannot be properly used in combination with GP-Pro EX Ver. 4.08.200.
Regarding this symptom, we will report as described below.

Symptom Descriptions
When you transfer a project file created with screen-creation software called “GP-Pro EX” Ver. 4.08.200 to SP5000 Series Power Box (Model: PFXSP5B10) with CANopen Master Unit for SP5000 Series Power Box (Model: PFXZCHEUCAM1) mounted, the display unit repeats reboot and you might be unable to use it properly.

Measures
Update Procedures
- Download "Soft_IOFirmTransAddon.exe" and install the latest I/O driver.

- Turn off the power and remove the CANopen Unit from the Power Box.
- Turn on the power of the Power Box and transfer the screen data.
- Turn off the power of the Power Box after the screen data is transferred.
- Attach the CANopen Unit to the Power Box.
- Turn on the power with the CANopen Unit attached to the Power Box.
- Make sure that the version of the I/O driver is “V2.02.04” in offline of the display unit.
