This notice is to report the following symptom which has occurred when WinGP was used with user rights.
We deeply apologize to our customers for any inconvenience and concerns this may cause.
Details of symptom
When WinGP is used with user rights and project transfer is executed from transfer tool or memory loader, system version is not upgraded in some cases.
Occurrence conditions:
When all the following conditions are met:
- WinGP is installed under C:\Program Files (x86).
- WinGP runs with user rights.
- When used with the following target products.

When the following products are used in combination.

When you installed WinGP directly to PC or IPC

Measures
After project sending is completed, please restart WinGP with administrator rights.
