We have confirmed the following symptoms on our HMI screen editor & logic programming software called GP-Pro EX Ver. 3.0. The symptom and corrective measures for this problem are indicated below.

Symptom Descriptions
The following symptom might appear on the target products below.
When you touch an area where Interlock is enabled on a GP unit, an alarm sound might be heard.

Measures
Please update to GP-Pro EX Ver. "3.50.000" or later. This symptom does not occur by setting
[Device Settings]→[Operation Settings]→[Setting of touch warning sound during interlock] to OFF (initial value: ON).
Update to the latest version *1
