Before reading the setting example (precondition)

<System Configuration>
Connect an iPhone(iOS8) to the SP5660TPD via wireless LAN and check the WinGP’s screen at Pro-face Remote HMI on the iPhone.
<Open box settings>
1.Disconnect all the LAN cables of the Open Box.
2.Access “http:// 169.254.111.111” (default)via an internet browser.
3.Click [Wireless LAN]-[Wireless LAN Configuration] and change the operating mode to [AccessPoint].
Then specify SSID, Channel, Network Authentication (security), Encryption Mode, and Pre-Shared Key (password).
Write down those settings because they are required for connecting to a smart phone. After that, push the ‘Submit’ button.
4.Specify an IP address of the wireless LAN on the [TCP/IP] Configuration (A).
<For example>
- IP Address : 192.168.1.120
- Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
- Other : default value
Select ‘ON’ for the DHCP Server. Specify the Start IP Address and the End IP Address (B).
<For example>
- Start IP Address : 192.168.1.11
- End IP Address : 192.168.1.30
- Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
- Other : default value
5.Click [Wireless LAN]-[Wlan Up/Down]. Change ‘Downlink’ to ‘Uplink’ in order to enable the wireless LAN’s radio wave.
6.Push the [Yes] button on [Restart] to update the settings.
7.Enter the IP Address of (A) specified in the step 4 on the internet browser and access “http:// 192.168.1.120”.
If the wireless LAN is enabled, the signal bars go green.
8.Check the wireless LAN’s IP Address on [Network Connections].
Confirm the IP Address of (B) specified in the step 4 has been allocated.
Do not set the static IP Address.
<iPhone settings>
1.Touch Wifi on [Settings] and search SP5660TPD. Search the SSID specified in the step 3.
2.After selecting the SSID, enter the password specified in the step 3.
3.After entering the password, confirm the IP Address has been acquired.
Confirm the IP Address of (B) specified in the step 4 has been allocated.
4.Start the Remote HMI and select [Menu]-[Add] to configure the wireless LAN of the SP5660TPD.
Specify the IP Address confirmed in the confirmation step 2.
5.Select the registered server. You can confirm the available by entering the server password and display shown.
<Notes>
Please use WLAN Tools when you want to return the wireless LAN settings to the factory settings.

- Box Module (Open Box : SP-5B40) have prepare the setting to use Pro-face Remote HMI. (set by GP-Pro EX)
