The NAND memory for Pro-face LT4000M Series listed below will be changed due to component EOL (end of life). The new NAND models will be manufactured from September 2023 onwards.
With this NAND change, Product Version (PV) and Software Version (SV) will be changed as below.
Software Compatibility Information:
If a first project transfer is done with GP-Pro EX Ver.4.09.450 or later, downgrade version with GP-Pro EX is not possible because the OS is updated for Cybersecurity.
Please check your GP-Pro EX version before transferring the project to LT4000M.
Where to find PV and SV information:
You can find the information on Product Label on the back side of the main unit.
PV = Product Version
SV = Software Version
With this NAND change, Product Version (PV) and Software Version (SV) will be changed as below.
