When this phenomenon occurs, disable "Display cross-hair cursor" again in Display Settings in offline mode. - When you log in Windows using an account with User authority, a backup file of the memory loader cannot be created using the transfer tool. - Data Display where "Specify Location for Keypads" is set in GP-4201TM and GP-4301TM can be registered in a package. When this package is used in GP-Pro EX V2.70, the Data Display registered in the package can be placed in GP-4100 series. However, "Specify Location for Keypads" is disabled. The keypad is displayed in full screen. 1-2 Display Unit (Runtime) - When the following steps are taken, Input Order cannot be operated normally: - Security level is specified in text display with Editor. - After "Touch" setting is changed to "Bit" in the "Data Entry" tab, data is transferred to the display unit. In this case, delete the security level settings and then select "Bit" in the "Data Entry" tab. - When an address value is changed while the pop-up keyboard is displayed in Indirect Address Designation, the pop-up keyboard cannot be closed normally In this case, execute Screen Change. - When project data transfer is interrupted while the message "Starting password check" is displayed, the transferring screen may be kept on the display unit. In this case, execute data transfer again. - When "Group with Auto OFF" is set to a function switch and two or more switches in the same group are pressed at the same time, the "Group with Auto OFF" function does not work normally. - When Hierarchical Screen Change is executed to the screen where a security level is set and Screen Change is executed from a Device/PLC in the password input screen, the "Previous Screen" switch may not work normally. - After Screen Display OFF is executed using LS0009 in the condition that the operation switch is enabled in GP-33xxH series, the operation switch becomes disabled. 1-3 Device/PLC - When a value outside of the ranges is specified and [Enter] is pressed, the dialog may be closed. - When WinGP is used with the FTP server of IIS at the same time, the pass- through function is not available. - Ladder Monitor cannot be started normally using the special switch and the bit switch where "3 seconds" is set for OFF Delay. - Do not shift to offline in Device/PLC selection screen. - Specify "15ms" or lower value for "Wait to Send". If "16ms" or larger value is specified, a communication error occurs. - Do not use a ladder program where "Subroutine Command", "Task Command" and "Interrupt Command" are used. If such a program is used, a sequence error occurs after data is transferred to a PLC and the ladder program cannot be executed. - No file name is displayed in the list of the WinGP in GP-Pro EX V2.7. - When a wrong device code is specified in Indirect Designation, access may be made to an inappropriate device. - Do not input 32 characters or more for the address input screen of Device Monitor. - When 3-bit writing is made from Bit Address V65535.6, communication error occurs. - Tag names are case-sensitive. When they are different between PLC and GP- Pro EX, communication cannot be made normally. When an error occurs, import the L5K file again. - Do not export the tag data to the read-only file. - When retry occurs due to communication timeout, the device reading/writing command may stop for 500ms. - When bit-writing is made to TK devices, device text in the error message is garbled. - Error may occur during communication. When the error occurs, set "1" or larger value for Retry Count. - There are spelling mistakes in English error message. - Tab key operation may be skipped on the list on the "TCP" and "UDP" tabs in the Ethernet Option screen. - When XON/OFF is specified for Flow Control in RS422/485 (4wire), XON is not sent from the display unit at its startup. - When data read is executed from Device/PLC immediately after the display unit starts up, contents where internal device backup is specified cannot be read. - When access is made to PLC after PLC is restarted using the pass-through function in the screen where the display unit does not communicate with PLC PLC locks the password entry. In this case, make connection using the pass- through function after shifted to the screen where the display unit is communicating with PLC. - Do not write the data including the bit address with the extended recipe function. If such writing is made, a communication error may occur. - Variable names are not checked when CSV file is imported. When you edit a CSV file manually, use the variable name which can be set with Ladder Software. - When a task type is FIXED_CYCLE only, the communication error occurs and communication is disabled. Use other task types as well than FIXED_CYCLE. - When a bit device is specified in Alarm Summary, alarms where addresses later than 17th bit are specified are not displayed normally. If this error occurs, use word devices. - Specify "9ms" or lower value for "Wait to Send". If "10ms" or larger value is specified, a communication error occurs. - Use USB connection. When the pass-through function is used in Ethernet connection, the communication error may occur. - When the program development tool is kept online for a long time with the pass-through function used, the communication error may occur. - A part of the English offline series name may be missing on display. - Do not write 103 words or more text. - When a value other than "0" is specified for String Prefix, do not write 52 words or more text. - When the link parameter device is read, an illegal value is displayed for communication cycle time. - A part of the communication error message is missing on the system bar. - When a value is set to the control area address in the backup internal device, the direct communication function is activated. - Do not execute Bit Invert and Calculation processing by directly specifying the device of External Device. When executing Bit Invert and Calculation processing, read the target word address once using the script, change the read word address and then write it back to External Device. - When "19200" is specified for communication speed in GP4100 series: The communication error occurs when the clock update function is used at the startup of Display Unit. - When an illegal address is input in Indirect Specification, an incorrect error message is displayed. - Specify "15ms" or lower value for "Wait to Send". If "16ms" or larger value is specified, a communication error occurs. 1-4 Win GP - In printing Thai, characters are printed in proportional (variable width) fonts and tables/ruled lines such as of CSV Displays are broken. - In the CSV data transfer, no error occurs even when data is transferred to USB memory with no free space. - The display of folder/file names in File Manager may become inappropriate when the Default Path feature is used with the root folder ([C:\] etc.) specified in [Destination Folder]-[USB Storage]. Specify a folder other than the root folder when using the Default Path feature. - The floating point arithmetic result in WinGP (Simulation) may be different from that of GP-Pro EX Ver.2.10 or earlier. - Delete the following virtual registry if any previous version of WinGP has ever been installed on the installation target PC whose OS is Windows Vista: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\VirtualStore\Machine\SOFTWARE\ Pro-face\Pro-Server EX\ - WinGP can work not only on the target IPCs but also on ordinary PCs and other IPCs. However, depending on the specifications of those PCs and IPCs, the software may operate slowly or the CPU utilization may become high. (2) When Serial No. and License Key Code are not input - Project data cannot be transferred to the operation panels (except GP4100 series, IPCs and PC-ATs (Used WinGP)). - Transfer using the Transfer Tool is not available for WinGP.
