Is the USB cable in use made by Digital Electronics Corporation?

USB Transfer Cable made by Digital Electronics Corporation (CA3-USBCB-01)	→	Go to Solution 2.
Other USB Transfer Cables (Commercial Products)	→	Please use USB Transfer Cable made by Digital Electronics Corporation (CA3-USBCB-01).

Have you installed the driver to use USB transfer cable made by Digital Electronics Corporation?

Already Installed	→	Go to Solution3.
Not Installed Yet	→	Please install the driver. If you have not, the data can not be transferred.
