We have confirmed the following symptoms at security feature on GP-Pro EX Ver. 3.10 or later.
The symptom and corrective measures for this problem are indicated below

Symptom descriptions
When using security feature, HMI screen sometimes is frozen by the following operations.
- When dialog window of security authentication screen is displayed.
- When the numeric keypad to enter User ID in dialog window of security authentication screen is touched.
Setting conditions of symptoms occur | Security setting and User ID mode are enabled. (This symptom does not occur at the level mode) ([Common Setting(R)] → [Security(Q)] → [Security Password(P)] → [Enable Security Function is checked] → [Add User ID is checked]) |

For GP-Pro EX Ver. 4.00.000 to Ver.4.01.000 Download and install the following module
→ GP-Pro EX Update Module (Ver. 4.03.000 or later)
To download the module, free member registration for “Otasuke Pro!” is required.
