Symptom descriptions
In the case of using GP-Pro EX Ver. 4.03.100 with area limitation models, serial communication did not work. Hence, the download service of GP-Pro EX Ver. 4.03.100 was suspended due to investigating the impact for other models. As the investigation result, there was not this issue in other models.
