Symptom Descriptions

The LINE output feature does not run on SP5000 Series Power Box (model: PFXSP5B10) and Box Module (model: PFXSP5B90).

Cause

We found a software bug on the firmware of SP5000 Series and SP5000X Series.

Solutions

Update to GP-Pro EX Ver. 4.09.102 or later.
